'Les Misérables'

I was not sure on what to blip today.
So I went off and got a coffee and Went up to Candie Gardens.
It's a great spot in the middle of town. It is home to Guernsey Museum & Art Gallery.
Guernsey was also home to Victor Hugo.
I thought A blip on him would be good.
