What a way to spend a Saturday!

This clock encapsulates the mood. Waited in all day for an engineer from Virgin Media to come round and sort out my set top box issues, only to find that the appointment had been cancelled, then never arranged in the first place...bla bla bla. This is when I just gave in and booked another appointment for next Saturday. So fingers crossed they show up!
