View from Horwich

Went to a pub in Horwich (near Bolton) on Saturday afternoon.

This is the view from the car park - very expansive.

Behind me was the televison mast of Winter Hill (not many metres away) - so we were quite high up (for England).

I looked at a map afterward and it is about a 1000ft.
