They're Here!

Today was the Annual Snowflake Festival in town! This was the first year we've been and Jack was pretty excited!!

It started with a parade complete with fire trucks, cub scouts, marching bands, young children with their decorated wagons, and last but certainly not least, Santa and Mrs. Claus!! They were pulled in a sleigh by horses and waved hello to all of the girls and boys (and Moms like me that still get super excited to see them!!)

Prior to the parade, Jack colored a picture for Santa and kept asking to give it to him when we saw him, but I was a bit nervous because I knew we may not be able to get close enough. When they came by us, Daddy grabbed Jack and ran over to them in the sleigh!!! Jack was so excited!! Santa and Mrs. Claus thanked him for the great drawing and moved on to finish the parade!!

Afterwards, they had hot cocoa, snacks, music and dancing to kick off the Holiday season!!
