A Mystery Tree...Anyone Know The Tree Varity?

Every Year I See This Tree Near My Home And It Just Sits There Looking Like Such A Great Example Of A Specimen Tree, But I Still Do Not Know What Type Of Tree It Is.

I Do Know What It Is Not, But Do Not Want To Guess On This One. Anyone Know For Sure??? Is It A Hickory? Oh Well, At Least I Took The Shot This Year Before The Leaves Left It's Branches...
