Pumpkin overload

Well...I'm still baking and I thought I would show you the pumpkin that has been providing many food items of late and still have an awful lot left. So far, we have had pumpkin soup (which lasted for days) and pumpkin cupcakes. I'm not sure how much more I can face but shall try to be inventive with it. If anyone has any good ideas about what to make do let me know! Toying with the idea of pumpkin wedges or pumpkin pie.
