Driving in the Rain

Well, the air conditioning unit has now been certified as dead, kaput or as the Monty Python crew might say, "An ex Air Conditioning Unit". Not worth the expense of repairing. It never worked very well anyway and was only of use on the warmest days of summer when it laboured to keep the temperature down in the conservatory. Once it packed up all we managed to get out of it was a cold blast of a draught coming in from outside. So, timber has been bought and the unit is going to be boxed in and draughtproofed. Furniture has to be moved around and I have other stuff on line for tomorrow, so Wednesday will see the beginning of the end for it. Wednesday could well be the beginning of the end for our government too but that's another story.

Today's blip shot an hour or so ago on the old Main Road to Wexford Town. This is now a quiet backwater ever since it was by-passed by the Celtic Tiger a fer years ago. Traffic had just begun to switch the headlamps on as the rain clouds came scurrying in. All has now gone dark and gloomy to match the mood of the people.

Off to Bray Town shortly to continue the series of Photoshop Tutorials I have been delivering. This may be the last one unless there is a further demand. Will see what happens.
