Senegalese Sentry Box

The middle class in Africa is growing. Plenty of houses in Dakar now have guards outside (who spend quite a lot of time sleeping). Some houses even have boxes like this for the guards. This box doesn't have a house attached - I think someone just put it here on the street corner because it's pretty.

This middle class has stronger economical power and political concerns than ever before in this country - they could be the key to the development of this continent. Here's hoping for a bright future - as bright as this sentry box...
