Cooking
I am fond of a bit of cooking, but sometimes you just need something fast. Tonight it was pommes salardaise, confit de canard and parsnips and carrots cut into matchsticks and flash fried in the duck fat.
You've got to hand it to the French, they know how to do fast food......
Canard in a can..... vive la France!!
