Rainmates

These aren't the original Rainmates ... but they are just as horrid.

In fact, Mrs42 has a deep rooted memory about her and her sisters being forced to wear rainmates that has scarred her psyche. Mrs42's mum denies all knowledge however, so we'll never know.

This modern day re-invention is even worse though, turning tourists into mobile binbag wearing advertising hoardings.

Anyway...

I was up on the mile for a paidforbyasupplier lunch at the Witchery and couldn't resist this shot.

Home to a nice present - a bottle of Talisker - a gift from a friend for some shots of her son I took. Followed by some impromptu plumbing, which I always enjoy of an evening (the loft insulation fitters seem to have knocked a pipe...).

All fixed now and dram in hand, so all is well with the world.

So its goodnight from 42's random ramblings.
