Red sky in morning.....

Well, that old saying was very true today. The red sky isn't showing here but it was quite evident when I left home about 30 minutes earlier. About an hour after this shot, the snow started and didn't stop all day. Needless to say, the drive home wasn't so great.

I pulled over initially because there were 4 ducks in a row swimming in the reflection of the sun. However, it's hard to pull over quickly from 100 km/hr and by the time I backed up, the little ducks were swimming off in another direction. You can barely see them in this shot.

This time of the morning is so beautiful along the St. John River.....it is really a shame that I'm often in such a hurry that I don't enjoy it.
