Quesadilla Night

Our good friends, the Frittons, had us over for dinner on Friday night to have quesadillas. Venisa received a Quesadilla maker as a gift at some point, so we made good use of it. My favorite one of the night? Cambozola, pear, prosciutto, and sauteed onions. Yum!
