Graham Cracker Success!

It's Thanksgiving in a couple of days - my favorite holiday!

I make a killer pumpkin pie from scratch but for the last 7 years I haven't had the right pie crust - a graham cracker crust. It's not easy (or cheap!) to find a box of proper graham crackers in AU so forget about a ready made crust.

Each year I've tried something new - store bought and home made shortcut pastry, crushed malt biscuits mixed w Teddy Grahams, crushed "Nice" biscuits...blah blah blah

So finally this year I decided I'd have to make the graham crackers myself.

First attempt = horrible
Second attempt = awesome!
