A Very Wintery Day

Last night it snowed...not a lot, but just enough to dust and almost cover the ground. And of course just enough to freeze everything and make it so most schools are closed and it is difficult to drive anywhere. For those of us in Western Oregon, especially in the smaller communities, it doesn't take much in the way of weather to shut everything down.

In other words, the perfect day for pajamas, hot cocoa, a movie, and possibly some Christmas decorating!

We are leaving tomorrow to head up to Northern Washington for Thanksgiving, our annual tradition with family. Hopefully the roads will be clear and we can make it :)

*Did I mention we have been listening to Christmas music all day?!
