Apologies for this horrendous auto-setting, garish flash, straight-from-the-camera shot (feels terribly odd to be posting something which isn't in sepia); Mama is absolutely swamped with PhD work.

Sorry as well to all of the lovely blippers who visit the Doll House journal; I just haven't had any chance to look at other journals over the last few days, so comments have been few and far between :(

Must finish this chapter tonight, and then things can start to return to normal.

Just realised that it looks as though I am wearing some sort of bizarre court-room attire in this shot!! I'm actually sat in a freezing cold, old house and am wearing a shirt, a jumper and an enormous black knitted house-coat over the top. And pink knitted slippers, of course :)
