Blue(ish) moon

Parents evening tonight and no picture.

I went outside about half an hour ago to see if there was anything worth photographing and the moon looked rather appealing. I've done a few moon shots before and my camera is pretty good at zooming and focusing given a little patience.

But tonight it wouldnt have it at all. It wouldnt focus in on the craters like it usually does, despite lots and lots of patience and changing settings etc (and it was damn cold out there too!)

All of my shots also have this odd blue hue, like a blue haze around the moon. And despite it being very annoying that it wouldnt focus properly, I actually kinda like it...
