Peaking through

I felt like I hadn't lived today if there wasn't a picture taken. What else do I have to know this day existed? This day will be wiped away, emails deleted, FB status' disappear, phone calls forgotten... everything will move on to tomorrow. But I needed to know this day existed. Here in a moment as the sun ducks behind the mountains and peaks through the overcast shadows of the day. This moment existed and here it is for me to remember.
