Back in the city

After a fabulous weekend away, we were back in Vancouver and feeling the post holiday blues.

Vancouver is a great city, but after a weekend away on the island, it feels like coming home to the same old. How we'll feel when we eventually end up back in Aberdeen I don't know.

I had great plans for today's photo, but when I left work it was -9 degrees C with the wind chill making it feel around -15, so I gave my plans a miss and headed home.

They told me there would be mild winters in Vancouver. Why did they lie?
