Safety?

THis is not the safest way to lower an air conditioning unit from the 8th floor. A couple of very iffy looking ropes. THey got it off the bracket it was sitting on and a guy stood on the bracket and pushed it off with his foot. I was SURE it was going to crash onto thie guy with the rope on the bottom. They got it down without incident though.
