Struggling but smiling

Back minding Lily Mae today. She stayed with us last night and she was not well. She woke up this morning like this. Coughing, runny nose and hardly able to open her eyes. Anyway she still smiled through it all. Am going to bring her downstairs, clean her up, give her breakfast and wait for her gran to come home from work in a few hours.
