A Bung

Drain testing - the bung in the manhole was particularly difficult to get in place hence the attached string for hoiking it out afterwards.

Apparently this was an alternative to air testing the system as we didn't have the air testing kit.

I've been told loads more "interesting" facts about this activity but thankfully I don't have the time or space to pass it all on to you.
