Autumn Leaves - Pt 2

This shot was taken at Glasgow Green - the Sunday following Bonfire night. I had missed getting a lot of shots while the leaves where still on the trees but loved the way that the green of the grass was obscured by a carpet of yellow


The colours of Autumn are one of my very favourite things. Even though the weather is cold and grey (and on the West Coast - wet) the leaves always bring a smile to my face. Shortly after the photo was taken I spent a while kicking through the leaves and revelling in the wonderful smell that was released.
