Mince Pies!! From left to right - Brandy, almond and apricot pies, Rose pastry pies, and bog standard star mince pies! These are just a few of the different varieties I shall be baking before Christmas, samples of which will be available for tasting at market tomorrow to entice the customers to place their orders!
