The Blues

Apparently Christmas is coming up.

One Swedish holiday tradition of which I wholeheartedly approve is eating gingerbread cookies with blue cheese and a touch of chutney or jam. The combination is surprisingly scrumptious.

This setup is for Göteborgs Kex, the largest manufacturer of crackers and cookies in Sweden.
