Lovin the 'Chuanr'

My buddy Bart eating some chicken neck chuanr (pronounced chwar).
It was good to see Bart out. He works at a different school in town so i don't see him much.
Chuanr is basically barbecued stuff on sticks. And by stuff i mean pretty much anything. The basics are mutton, beef, potatoes, bread, garlic, peppers, tofu.. but you can get all kinds of organs and stuff.. some things will be served to you in a big spicy soup with all the sticks coming out. In these soups you can get things like animal stomach (not sure what animal) and fungus.
Chuanr is one of my favorite meals here in Harbin.
