Pasta for tea

For years I thought making your own pasta was a really time consuming, tricky thing to do. However, since being given a pasta machine I discovered that it is pretty straightforward and fun to make.
Having made the pasta, Gigi and Susie are passing it through the cutter blades to make tagliatelle.

Once made it only takes a minute or so to cook.
