Luck

Sometimes a Blip is the result of Patience, Timing and Balance and other times, like today, they are simply the result of luck.

I had 15 minutes to kill this evening in town whilst waiting for my son to finish his tutorial so I was prowling the streets trying to grab some night shots like this one when I heard a few bangs and turned round to be confronted by a firework display at the end of the street...pure luck, no planning just happened to have my camera in my hand.

It seems the fireworks were to mark the start of Edinburghs Christmas festivities...means it won't be long before our traditional trip to the Christmas Market and more night blipping opportunities!
