Fudgy coconut brownies

It's my Gran's birthday this weekend, I always like to bake something for people as a birthday gift. These are delicious, Keith and I had to test them first, just to make sure they are ok of course ;) they should be delicious seeing as there is 500g of sugar and 250g of butter in them!!! Not a recipe I'll be making too often or Keith and I will be morbidly obese!!!
