Today is thanksgiving. I made Julia Childs' and Jacque Pepin's "deconstructed turkey' and it was delicious. 15 people ( including 4 vegetarians) contributed. A great success. Of course the recipe did not include green chili and pine nuts in the cornbread stuffing but I did.
