Yes, this really is the view from my bedroom!

To the left you can see the edge of Fife Energy Park, they make Wind Turbines for sale across the UK and Europe. Don't think they've gone further. Beyond this is the Forth Estuary, and in the distance on a clear day you can see the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Unfortunately today is one of those weird days where it isn't foggy or misty, but visibility is a bit reduced beyond a few miles.

Creeping round we see the coastal town of Methil. Known locally as a 'dump', the town is very run down with high rates of unemployment and 'neds'.

The field below did used to have goats (you can see the remains of the goat house) but they were removed when I was maybe 7 or 8 years old.

You can usually see far across to Glenrothes and beyond to the Lomand Hills but sadly today it's not visible. I'll show you one day.
