Tools of the trade

No, it's not to break free from the jury room; this is to do with the welcome diversion I'd booked for the weekend, a silver jewellery making course. I was expecting some easy little bead and wire fripperies, but no, it's a proper silversmithing course, making things from basic silver wire and metal sheets, and involving much heavy manual action with hammers, blowtorches, grinders, sulphuric acid and dangerous stuff. Hard work but it's doing the trick of taking my mind right off things. Another day of it tomorrow; may have something worth showing you then, or possibly not...
