Snow

Just when we thought the kids couldn't get more excited.....we woke up to SNOW! We haven't got the blinds up yet, so it was quite magical to sneak in to settle an early-waking Summer and see the ghostly blue snow covered fields outside the window - yes fields! Aaahh back in the country, where there are no streetlights to dim the stars. Even better she went back to sleep until 8.30. Bliss.

We're hoping to take tomorrow as a bit of a day off from packing and moving and sorting (though I never do days-off very well!)....it'll be nice to spend some time playing with the kids properly, doing a less-of-an-emergency-blip and maybe go on a run.
