Pork Belly Sunday Dinner

So today was fairly lazy.....consisting of the following :

Cooked breaky, first in ages !!

Shopping for a tripod & a bonnet protector for the Forester....both unsuccessful ;(

A few hours of playing Gran Turismo 5.....gimme a break, it was raining !

Cooking Crispy Pork Belly, Chilli & Garlic Bok Choy & Stir fried rice......fan fecking tastic !!

Glass of wine & Back to the Future 2.....
