Stayed at Sunny Dunny last night.

I was woken at 5.30am with a crash from outside and I thought a tile had come off a roof................it was very windy after all.

When I went out to check after I eventually got up (a lot later than 5.30) I found that the front of the lean to had come down along with the cast iron sign.....that was the clatter.

On looking at the roof I saw that the tiles have been put onto plywood instead of crossmembers and the main joists as well as the plywood are rotting.

Looks like the Wicked Witch is going to have to pend money to have a new roof put on or cut her losses and pull down the lean to come the spring.
