there is something special about an LP record. just cant put my finger directly on it. it just feels so much more personal and like there was more love and effort put into it than a CD or newer pure digital formats.

the size of it makes it possible to really investigate and look at details on the cover or on the disc it self.

the quality on the sound is something you can affect by taking care of it and making sure it doesnt scratch (sure you can do that with CD's aswell but they skip instead of just making weird scratching sounds).

its hard to describe things that interest you sometimes. you just cant stop to be amazed at them and want to collect as many as you can.
