Bubbles in 700 year old glass.
Today was a day to walk in the snow. So off to Lyddington we went. (There is a good pub there, with a fire).
After lunch we took a stroll round the village, which is full of ironstone houses, and The Bede House which is where the Bishops of Lincoln had their summer palace at. After that it was a home for poor old men.
The church by the Bebe House is 700 years old. As I walked round the churchyard I saw how beautifully wonky and bubbly the hand made windows were.
My camera was loaded with snow photos, but this one, with not a flake to be seen, is my favourite of the day.
