Constant signs of building, cement piles on the floor and the ubiquitous metal which is used to reinforce concrete. If you look at the building at the back of the shot, you'll see there are bits of metal reaching up to the sky. This tends to be how houses are built here...build up until the money runs out, leave the metal exposed so you can put another floor on when you have the money.
Water delivered into the large black container before being moved around on the back of the tricycle in the smaller black containers....
