Deep snow

I am exploring the snow theme to the max. Sorry, there is not much else at the moment.

This SNOW HOLE blip nearly made it today, but came too late.

I managed to get to site today and spent several hours on the JCB clearing the track to the house. The snow is thigh deep. The temperature was -14C!

Unfortunately another chicken has bought it, but it was expected. Poppy was an old rescue hen and was looking particularly scrawny and hen pecked, 'though she was feisty to the end.

School is closed again tomorrow.
