Icicles

we were promised snow for the Sunday, still no sign of a single snow flake, yet.. But it was cold, minus 5 this morning and it has not really got much warmer through the day. One of the lakes was frozen over this morning, the other generally does not, as the river flows through it. These icicles had formed by the other lake, very strange, I cannot figure out how they could have formed there over night.
