Apple Sorbet.

I was told to go outside today... so I did.
I was told to cook something nice today... so I did...
and here it is ... apple sorbet!

Not long after the snow came back on again, I am now frozen, I have frostbite on all my toes and lots of drips are falling off the end of my nose. I AM going to sit beside the fire to thaw out!
