Egg explosion

Sir Martinique announced big appetite for my favourite dish..While preparing the famous dish I was also doing some other chores, was listening to a radio programm, doing phone calls and eating some choc with a nip of whisk when suddenly some of the eggs exploded!
Oh dear, now I have to start all over again, well only with the eggs, the potatoes are still fine and havent burst so far...
I can not boast of being the best cook on earth, I would drive Sir Ramsey mad with my cooking!
