A cold day in Blackpool

There was snow in many places today but as my friend and I walked along Blackpool seafront there was not a flake in sight.

Bitterly cold yes, but no snow. Brilliant sky and sunshine, a good view of the Cumbrian coastline, the offshore windfarm.

We gave nasty shocks as to how cold we were when we got back but hey, that's what happens to people who stay indoors really!
