Yeay! It's a pie!

The best thing that happened today was that Susie made a pie at school. It was going to be spicy apple and raisin but we didn't get to the shop so it was actually last night's beef casserole pie. Luckily that worked quite well.

A flirtation with public transport on my journey home took longer than if I had walked, with a broken down bus being replaced by one which then promptly reversed into another bus, which nicely filled in all the time until the next bus arrived and we could all get on that one instead and nudge into a huge, snowy traffic jam.
Oh the joys...
