Zonked out.

Poor Jack and Erin both have the cough and cold that is working it's way through Lyme. They were awake and coughing by just after 5am this morning and so we had a very early start to the day. Then at lunchtime Jack fell over whilst running down a concrete slope and although he put his hands down he rolled forwards and head butted the floor. He has quite a lump and bruise which you can just make it out in the picture. By this afternoon they had just both had enough and fell asleep on the sofa, a very rare thing as normally they need dummies and blanky bear. They were still more than ready for bed by 6.30 and I haven't heard a peek. Hopefully they will sleep later tomorrow or it will be me zonked out.
