Pinecones

Only a couple of days before Sinterklaas (Sunday December 5th). The children are going crazy and there is no reasoning with them at the moment. We've seen that last year too; things will be return to normal after Sunday.

I just can't believe how fast everything is going this year. It appears we've started sprinting on January 1 and we haven't stopped so far. I am looking forward to the last two weeks of the year. I don't have to work then and usually it's a great time to slow things down somewhat and enjoy the holidays with family and friends. But right now, it's still extremely busy at work; lots to do before the end of the year. The result is another day without photo opportunities.

Tonight, Martine had a meeting so I couldn't go outside for another night shot. Maybe just as well as it's extremely cold. Not so much because of the low temperature, but mostly because of the wind. I thought some indoor fun with light was in order...
