There's been a murder......

Apologies to anybody out there who is a little squeamish. Stranded on the farm today by another 8" of snow that fell overnight, so I went about trying to secure my festive season dinners. Three woodpigeons, three rabbits and a pheasant later I was back indoors planning what feast I can try to concoct with such gamey delights.

I've searched the www for a tasty sounding recipe and this one caught my eye. What do you think? Not sure where I can get pig's trotters though in the City of Edinburgh. Any recommendations for a traditional butchers who can supply such a thing would be gratefully received.
