Frozen Jello
It's finals week and everyone is crazy/loopy/stressed/insane.
The big question of the night: what happens to jello when you freeze it? After all...it's already a solid.
So, after some serious investigation and experimentation, we determined that jello* does indeed change when you freeze it. It gets harder and gets covered with ice crystals. But for some reason, the flavor definitely decreases. The texture is really bizarre too.
*this jello was already in its solid state before we froze it. We will have to do more experiments freezing jello before it becomes a solid...
