My friends and kitchen colleagues having a much needed break from brussells sprout peeling and turkey carving.
We catered our first Xmas dinner of the year today for the 'Autumn Tints' which is a group of cyclists aged 50+. They come to us every year from across Yorkshire for their annual Xmas do and its a big deal for them.Sadly only 15 out of 55 made it today cos of the crazy snow.
We have so much turkey left.
It was a good day tho - we laughed a lot - and ate some nosh when everyone had gone.
