Whirly Tat!
It's an unwritten Christmas rule apparently that if you have children, every time you attend a festive fair or bazaar or the theatre you get stung for some kind of glittery tat and if you attend any parties then glittery tat is thrust upon you 'for free'!
This is the latest example. It's a sort of musical, light up whirly thing...fortunately the 'musical' bit of it stopped working after about 20 minutes but the whirly light show lives on. Noah has adopted it and refuses to let it go. It has gone to nursery with him today, on a walk to the post office with us when I returned from work, and now he's sitting, mesmerised by it while H reads to his daddy. I wrestled it from his grip for fifteen minutes while he was in the bath to photograph it.
As cheap bits of tat go, it's providing some quality entertainment....and I got a blip out of it so I guess it was £2.50 well spent!
Oh...and it's in colour too...I told you my black and white phase wouldn't last forever ;-)
