Open Fire

It's primitive, but one of the few primitive things left in the modern home, that I want to hang on to, an open fire.

Left work at 4pm. Home by 5.30pm. Fire in the grate by 6pm. Homemade soup and Bob's your Uncle....who cares what it's like outside.
